Fifa World Cup logoby ~Wetpixels

I love the Fifa WC logo, it has such great character. So I decided to make it in 3D for all of us soccer/football fans!

Modeled and rendered in C4D.

The lighting was done with an hdri map (like these [link] ) I used #14 from this hdri pack. To make it, you need to make a new material with everything but luminance turned off. Then under luminance, you put the hdri map. You can brighten or darken the scene with luminance now. You apply this material to the sky object, and everything now reflects the image.

I added a small light in the scene that cast soft shadows. You can also add the sun, and have it shine at any time of the day. You can even input your longitude and latitude, and it will look like it looks where you are at that time of day! I later added the sun object, and you can see in some of the other pics of this that the sun moved as I revised the image, pretty cool.

Odd question... Is there any chance I could ahve the Model for this? (The C4D file).
I want to see how you have that soccer ball object set up. Aswell as how you have the lighting set up.

thanks. Yet It wasnt such the soccerball model I was intested in, it was more the lighting and material settings.
